• Non-Refundable: Once we begin working on your documents, the service becomes non-refundable.

• Refund Eligibility: If you cancel within 24 hours and we haven’t started the work, we may issue a refund (minus a small admin fee).

 

 

 

 Errors and Corrections

 

 

• If we made an error in your document, we’ll fix it at no extra charge.

• If the error is based on incorrect information you provided, a correction fee may apply.

 

 

 

 Notary Services

 

 

• All notary services are non-refundable once completed.

• Missed or no-show appointments may incur a fee unless canceled with advance notice.

 

 

 

 Cancellations

 

 

• Cancellations must be submitted via phone or email.

• Services canceled before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund.
